Hi!

Welcome to Busy in the Bay! This website was started out of curiosity and necessity. I have a busy one year old daughter, and as an early childhood teacher I am always keen to try new activities and introduce my daughter to new experiences.  After creating a list of activities we could attend I realised this was probably information that other people would love to know - and Busy in the Bay was born!

I want this site to be a great resource for the community as a useful directory of all things child friendly in Hawke's Bay. Do you know of any great activities, classes, or places for kids? Get in touch so we can share it with the community!

I welcome any feedback and comments to make this website as user friendly for the community as possible; there are no costs for placing or viewing any listing. There are also links on most pages to give specific feedback - what's your favourite playground? A great child friendly cafe? Where are the best child changing rooms?
